These Terms govern your use of Pearlpath, provided by Content Petit LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license agreement.

Using Pearlpath

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pearlpath on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, exploit, interfere with, or use automation to manipulate Pearlpath or its competitive features except where applicable law expressly permits.

Fair competition

Game Center rankings are intended for genuine gameplay. Do not submit manipulated scores, abuse platform services, or attempt to disrupt other players. We may adjust eligibility logic in future versions and may ask Apple to remove clearly invalid test or abusive scores where platform tools allow.

Purchases

Pearlpath offers optional non-consumable In-App Purchases. Prices, billing, Family Sharing availability, refunds, and transaction processing are controlled by Apple and may vary by storefront. Purchases unlock only the content described at the time of purchase. Pearlpath does not sell subscriptions, loot boxes, energy, or competitive advantages.

Availability and changes

We may update the app, add or rebalance content, correct errors, or discontinue online-dependent features if Apple services or technical requirements change. Daily challenges, leaderboards, achievements, StoreKit, and restoration can depend on Apple’s services and network availability.

Intellectual property

Pearlpath’s name, original levels, visual design, artwork, audio, code, and written content are owned by Content Petit LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Apple, App Store, iPhone, iPad, Game Center, and related marks belong to Apple Inc.

Disclaimer and liability

Pearlpath is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Petit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
